The cardioid polar pattern suppresses feedback and isolates the desired sound. It also includes 200Hz low cut and mid-high frequency boost switches, which can improve the sound clarity and presence. Dynamic microphones also record vocals very well, with a bit more of an intimate close up sound. A nice change from the typical large diaphragm condensers usually used. The Secret:
This pick’s texture is a micro-porous and slightly nubby heat sensitive rubberized compound. This patented compound mixture is applied to the pick using a special cryogenic process.
