Vega-Trem VT1 (2-point) Tremolo System-Chrome
The tremolo, reinvented
You wanted a floating bridge that didn’t require you to drill or modify your beloved ST guitar, and so we did. You wanted a vibrato that didn’t stick out any more than the original bridge, so here it is. You dreamed of total freedom of movement and that the lever never bothered you and it is. You yearned for a tremolo free of unwanted noise and we have made it a reality. You wanted to get rid of the hassle of micro tuners, well here it is.
simple, no problem
If you have already had to mount, adjust or simply change strings with any of the tremolos that were on the market until now and you are not a handyman or aspiring luthier, you will know that it is not easy, what is called easy, it is not. So we’ve redesigned everything so that with a simple video and a screwdriver, you can get your VT1 UltraTrem up and running in no time. And if when you hear the word disassemble you see the Antichrist, don’t worry, your luthier or your trusted shop will be happy: they will never have earned such easy money for doing something so simple.
Your beloved ST, intact
If you have done any research around you will know that, until today, to mount your floating bridge on an ST-type guitar you had to modify (when they talk about modifying they really mean: drilling, drilling, screwing) the cavity of the original bridge. If your Stratocaster is also a classic, we are talking about practicing an authentic desecration. But that’s what we invented the VT1 UltraTrem for, so there’s no drilling, sanding, enlarging or anything, since it fits right into the original opening.
Comfortable
Does what you have read so far seem like few advantages to you? Well, here goes one more: the VT1 is, due to its original design, the most compact tremolo on the market, therefore, it does not stand out as is usually the case with other tremolos, with which will not hinder your interpretation.
Aesthetic
If you like the look of your guitar, you are not going to be excited about having a “metal lump” protruding from it when replacing the original bridge with the floating bridges available on the market up to now. But that’s history. The VT1 UltraTrem occupies virtually the same space as the original tremolo, so your guitar will look as beautiful as ever with a premium stainless steel finish. Because even if we don’t confess it, we all care about our aesthetics and we all have our little Rock Star hearts.
Where lefties have every right
Now VegaTrem is friendlier than ever for lefties looking to access a higher level of tremolo stability without modifying the guitar one iota. The UltraTrem VT1 LH is here. This tremolo for left-handed players has the same quality and price as the standard version.
