18” HHX Complex Thin Crash
Catalog ID: 11806XCN
Using trickle down technology gleaned from years of developing some of the world’s top selling cymbals lines like Evolution, Legacy, and even Artisan, SABIAN introduces HHX Complex, a new line of exquisitely dark crash cymbals. The 18” Complex Crash employs a combination of HH and HHX hammering, a raw hammered bell, and a number of the aforementioned proprietary techniques – resulting in one of the richest, sweetest Crash cymbals SABIAN has ever produced. The versatility to easily cross musical styles has always been a hallmark of the HHX line, and the 18” HHX Complex Thin Crash is no exception.
Sabian 11806XTB 18″ HHX Thin Crash-Brilliant
18” HHX Thin Crash BR.
Catalog ID: 11806XTB
The 18” HHX Thin Crash introduces a whole new design to the HHX line. Starting with a round of sparse hammering, followed by lathing, then denser HHX hammering over top, the result is a crash cymbal that is thinner, darker and faster than the HHX Studio Crashes it replaces. A smaller bell also ensures a faster attack and a crash cymbal that trends lighter in weight than most thin crashes. The versatility to easily cross musical styles has always been a hallmark of the HHX line, and the HHX 18” Thin Crash is no exception. If you’re seeking a small, thin Crash with shimmering dark tone – this is it!
Sabian 21402XCB 14” AAX Medium Hats Brilliant
14” AAX Medium Hats Br.
Catalog ID: 21402XCB
The 14″ AAX Medium Hats from SABIAN introduce a whole new palette of sound to the AAX line. A smaller, raw bell results in crispy, versatile hi-hats that blend nicely into mainstream sounds. The foot is very solid, and the thinner-sounding weight of this medium pairing makes them ideal for studio recording. The completely new hammering style – much more visible on the surface of the cymbal due to the larger, rounder peen – makes for a more complex and slightly darker pair of Hats. At the same time, more highs are introduced into the sound, resulting in a wider band of frequency. For drummers, that means brighter highs and more complex lows. SABIAN has always pushed the boundaries of innovation, using the latest manufacturing technology to answer new trends in music and sound. AAX Medium Hats are no exception, answering the call for thinner, faster, more complex cymbals.
